“What’s After High School?” – Training on Transition

“What’s After High School?” is a broad overview of the transition to adult life for young adults with disabilities and special needs and includes the following topics:

  • planning for the future
  • the role of schools
  • long-term supports
  • vocational resources
  • moving into adult health care
  • supported decision making
  • basics of self-determination

Where:  Appleton Public Library

 Cost: The training is free to participants. A light meal and a resource binder will be provided.

Check in and dinner begins at 5pm.
